6 Months Professional Diploma

Diploma in Software Project ManagementDecorative arrow

This 6-month practical diploma is designed to take students from zero technical background to becoming a professional Software Project Manager ready to work in IT companies across Pakistan and internationally. Unlike traditional management programs that focus on theory, the RTI approach is built on Applied Learning + Real Projects. Students will not just study PM frameworks, they will:

  • Run simulated sprints
  • Manage Jira boards
  • Write real documentation (SRS, user stories, risk registers)
  • Handle stakeholder communication
  • Deliver an actual project sprint for a real Lab23 product

By the end of the program, each student will have a complete PM portfolio and will be ready for roles in the software industry.
