Eligibility

Enrollment & Admissions

• We reserve the right to accept or decline applications at our discretion.
• Course placements, internships, and job opportunities are not guaranteed and depend on performance and program requirements.

Payment & Fees

• All fees must be paid in full (or as per installment plan agreed) before accessing course materials.
• Fees are non-refundable unless otherwise stated in our Refund Policy.
• We use secure third-party payment gateways. We are not responsible for issues caused by third-party processors.

Refund & Cancellation Policy

• Refunds are available only if requested within [ e.g., 7 days] of enrollment, provided you have not accessed more than 10% of the course content.
• No refunds will be given after course commencement, except in exceptional circumstances.
• Course cancellation or rescheduling by us will entitle you to a full refund or free transfer to another course.

Intellectual Property

• All course content, including videos, documents, software, and branding, are the intellectual property of Rivendell Tech Institute.
• You may not copy, share, sell, or redistribute our materials without prior written permission.
• Certificates are issued for personal achievement and cannot be transferred or sold.

Student Conduct

By joining Rivendell Tech Institute, you agree to:

• Engage respectfully with instructors, peers, and staff.
• Not use our platforms for unlawful, abusive, or disruptive behavior.
• Maintain academic integrity by not plagiarizing or cheating.
• Comply with all institute policies and instructions.

Violation may result in suspension or termination of access without refund.

Technology & Access

• You are responsible for ensuring you have the required internet, devices, and software to access courses.
• We strive to keep our platforms accessible, but we do not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free service.
• We are not liable for issues caused by third-party platforms (e.g., Zoom, Google Meet, learning portals).

Internship & Career Support

• Internship placements and career guidance are provided as part of select programs.
• We do not guarantee employment or internships, but we assist in connecting students with opportunities.
• Employers and partners may have their own terms of engagement.

Limitation of Liability

• To the maximum extent permitted by law, Rivendell Tech Institute (RTI) shall not be liable for any loss of profits, income, career opportunities, or indirect damages resulting from the use of our website, online resources, or training programs.
• RTI does not guarantee job placement, salary increase, or specific outcomes from any course or training program.
• Any technical interruptions, website downtime, or platform errors are beyond RTI’s control and shall not be grounds for liability.
• RTI shall not be responsible for inaccuracies or reliance on any information, advice, or materials shared during courses, webinars, or mentorship sessions.
• Users are responsible for ensuring that their personal data, login credentials, and payment information are secure while using the RTI website.
• Our total liability, under any circumstance, is strictly limited to the fees paid by you for the course or service in question.
• RTI reserves the right to modify, suspend, or discontinue any aspect of its services without prior notice and shall not be held liable for any resulting consequences.
• By enrolling or using the RTI website, you acknowledge that participation in training involves independent effort, and outcomes depend on your personal application of the skills learned.
